This is my first time to post, and my transmission is down. My car already got rattle everywhere, door, weather stripe, dashboard, sunroof, trunk. Finally, it comes the major problem TRANSMISSION. My TL-typeS only reach to 13500 miles. I didn't except this would happen to my car because I didn't really race my car probably 1 or 2 times. I only used the sportshift for a few times since I got my car. The problem happened suddenly. I was driving normally on the road, but when the transmission tried to shift from 2nd to 3rd gear, it wouldn't shift until the rpm reaching 6000. The reverse gear somtimes was not working also. However, when it finally shifted, it shifted so roughly. The feeking is like I relase the clutch too quickly when I was driving a manul transmission. Well, I drive back my car to the dealer, the service advisor told me they have to replace the transmission for my car, it is going to take around a week. And they gave me a Dodge Intrepid as a loaner car. I start to dislike my TL now and disapoint about Honda products.
