I was making a turn and then this guy hit my rear bumper pretty hard, The only thing that got damaged was the rear bumper, I got his insurance info and all that stuff.
I did not have a kit, anyone know if I can buy a bumper with a kit already on it, and have the guys insurance pay for the kit?

 

If you got a good bodyshop guy he maybe able to find some other things wrong with your car and get some extra money to offset the cost of a bumper with a kit ...or u can use a after market non acura parts bumper and use the extra money to get the kit.

 

i got hit in the bumper few weeks ago, u will need a shop to check it out, if the foam has been crushed, it will need to be replaced, if there is any frame damage, new bumper too.

I know... I'm so terrified that somebody is going to rear end me. I always look in my mirror, and keep some distance from me and the car in front in case I need to drive out of the way. Can we say extreme paranoia?!?! hehe

Same here man. Got reared once in the garage by a student (yes female student). It was only a tap but i'm still scare when i look into the rearview mirror. Lucky her daddy is a body shop owner. So we work a deal that he'll put on the Body Kit for me in the spring when i get it in addition to the touch up on the bumper. I prolly wont even bother to fix the bumper. Its nuthin.
