My TL got egged
I have metallic blue paint on my car and I used vinegar+water to wash it off. I'm not sure how long it had been on but it couldnt be more than 12-14 hours and the egg was basically frozen(really cold and dark outside).
Any other precautions I should take?

You took care of it right away, you should be fine. As long as you cleaned it good (which you did) youll be fine. Id also recomend a littel claybar (to help get into teh surface) and some wax.
