The body shop that is painting your car will only paint what the insurance company pays for. There is alot of extra work to paint a whole car. The dent and ding repairs, masking, sanding and prep work is more then any shop will do without a hefty charge. They will fade or blend the new paint into the panels that are not getting painted so that if the color is a hair off it is not as noticable.

They will not get an exact color match. That's why on your estimate, you will see blending to the adjacent panels.

If its a good shop they will get a great match, Also thats what Blending is for so that you cant see the transition. They will not repaint the whole car, unless you flip the extra out of your pocket and that will be pricy
