Post my OEM style fogs(pics)

I told you that I was working on something.
wat do you guys think? At first it was watevers...then the more I look at it the more it looks better..but I still need to work on it more cuz I need to cut my bumper up a bit for a better fit(not sure if i wanna do that tho, I might just leave it.
I think that any fog lights that are the shape of that fake hole will look funny on the TLs

Oh snap! Nice fogs.. do you have any pics of them actually turned on??

What did you do to get those? Modify something or did you make them yourself?

I totally agree, the shape we have is funny.
Now that I see fogs in there, I realize how freakin big those holes are..

I have been thinking about doing the same thing except for simply trying to figure out a way to shape the holes differently with that stuff they use for bodywork..

try making the lens on the fogs dimmer. they stand out too much. the lens does not match the plastic on the factory lights. i think that has a lot to do with it

try pushing them back a bit

they look better than those normal round style fogs ppl are using.

a little more work and they'll look perfect

I agree. Any pics with them turned on?
Also, they do look kinda big. Is there a way to make it smaller? Would it help by pushing it back?
BTW, it looks pretty good.

Im not sure what i think about them. either way i give you a lot of credit for doing it. I installed my Piaa's in the fake holes and i know what at pain it can be.

The left side seems to protrude more than the right. It does look odd at first but i like it. Now turn them on and give us the full effect And what fogs are they?

I like it. Good job. Tell us which fogs/lights you're using. And pls post pix of the fogs turned on.

It doesn't look too big. I want my fogs to "fill up the sweater". But I'd agree with the rest that fake fog hole shape does look a little odd.

hey... looks pretty good... I'm in the process of making my own but instead of what you used I'm using regular plexiglass... one question... how did you get it to stay in place on the bumper? did you screw it in place from the back or just silicone on the front?

does anyone know if the inspire switch Tim sells comes with the whole wiring kit with relay or is it only the switch? thanx

nope, you're right about them being 5th gen civic clear corners. i was like "whoa!" when i saw them too.

it looks alright in the pix.

anyone though about sticking in generic, flat rectangular fogs behind the bumper so the bumper cutout itself will form the edges of the lights???

this was wat i was gonna put in..and it fits almost perfect(for the shape)...but its too deep...You have to like cut a lot of metal behind it..the fogs I used now..you cut just alittle.

the piece on the right comes off

these fog lights are not custom. I mounted the lights by screwing in screws into the fog lights(no all the way in) by the rim of the fake holes and using brackets.
-I'll post night pics as soon as I get my yellow piaa bulbs tomorrow.

Don'y you remember the post about "How much would you pay for factory looking fogs?"

now that we know what they are, don't think I would be buying it just yet..

dude, im not charging anyone... the reason i posted the question on how much would you pay...is because these fogs were like almost $200 and I didnt know if I wanted to spent that much money on it..so i wanted to see who would....and sense alot of people said they would send like 250-300 i was like then 200 is worth it...
bye the way..the fog lights above are infiniti g20 fogs...you guys should give it a try(if your willing to cut alot of metal) but anyways...the fog that I used are 99 nissan maxima's fog. I got these used so... try it out.
