I just finished telling my wife how nice my car is and how it is perfect in every way, except for the power window recall of course. Today I come out to the parking lot and try to unlock the car with the remote. Nothing happens. I think, ok the battery in the remote is dead. I open the driver's door with the key and press the unlock button on the inside. Nothing!! I try the unlock button on the passenger door. Nothing!! I now have no power locks. I checked the fuse. It's ok. Taking it to the dealer tomorrow. If it isn't something easy, I'll tell him to wait until he gets the power window switch and then take it apart all at once. I am not impressed.

Sorry to hear about your problems. I wouldn't be disappointed quite yet -- as soon as they fix this it'll be smooth. I just had Acura replace my wood trim inside (along the console) because it had become loose and moved away from the original tight fit it once had .. now it's a gem again, and I'm loving it. I hope they find that it was something simple, and not intricate .. indicative of potential future problems. Best of Luck, keep us posted when ya figure out what it was!

Update on my problem. The dealer had the car all day and said they did a couple of hours of troubleshooting. All the relays work so they think they have isolated the problem to the right side multiplexer. Interestingly enough I was looking at the diagram in my service manual and felt the same way. Anyway the part has been ordered along with the recalled window controller part. When I drove it away I noticed the SRS trouble light was on. A new problem that wasn't there when I took it in this morning. I took it back again but it was nearly closing time so they told me not to worry about it. What can I say.
