Question My Driver Seat squeeks???

I have noticed that my driver seat squeeks. I notice it mostly when I accelerate and my body mass pushes back into the seat OR when I take turns and my body mass shifts in the seat. I remember people talking about something similar on this forum with the seats. Has anyone noticed this and is there a fix for it? I assume the seat needs adjustment or tightening. It is odd that this is happening because my previous car (plain jane 95' Civic LX) never had a problem like this even at almost 80k on it).

Take some 3 in 1 oil with a long applicator tip and hit the seat belt anchors down between the center consol and the seat (female side of the seat belt). It should take care of it. I had the same thing and if I sat there and breathed it would squeak.
