i had just gotten outta class and went to my car to drop some books off when i see that my back bumper is scraped on the right side. some idiot probably backed and swiped my bumper. they give licenses to anyone these days. theres about 2 lines about 5 inches long of scraped paint. i most likely need to repaint the back bumper. its not that i'm pissed about the bumper, i'm pissed some ****in idiot hits my car and just leaves.

Go back next week same time and see if you can id the car. Chances are it'll be there. Depending on the scratch you can id the car that swipe you. Metal bumper (Ford 150) vs rubber (Volvo) vs plastic (TL).

I'm not sure what you gonna do when you find him(her)..

 

If you do find it, don't be a **** to the person, just take pics, plate number and call the cops & a lawyer, make them handle it, you get mad at him/her, less likely you can get them to pay for it (granted it will be tough as it is).
