Exclamation Mugen Radiator Cap?

It says it raises the pressure from 1.1kg/cm^2 to 1.3kg/cm^2 which causes the coolant boiling point to rise and increase cooling efficency. Does this work or is it a waste of 29 dollars?

Sheer nonsense! Cooling efficiency is determined by rate of flow, radiator design, the coolant mixture, etc.

This is cosmetic appeal, not engineering.

BTW, if you want maximum efficiency, run plain water with a rust inhibitor. Stay where it is warm, however.
