hey all,
mugen is the custom honda/acura mod specialist right? so i was looking online for their exhaust and came up with a few questions. first, how much better is their exhaust than say a oh ... comptech one? i was looking at the parts the site has and realized that none were mugen. secondly, with the exhaust, if you know anything about it, does it work better with a CAI and new headers, and will the new headers make that much of a difference to the engine on the TL or are they(the stock headers) specialized enough that new ones arent going to be different. thanks

Okay, the mugen parts are overpriced IMHO......

The Mugen exthust is very quiet... compared to Comptech or other exthust......

The header will give you more HP mainly at the higher rpm... IMHO, it's not worth the money... But it does give you noticable power increase...

You can look into Pulley, CAI, and perhaps the coming Rick Acura secret mods... The spark plugs will give you some more HP, too...

When you have done all that, then think about the header. Exthust is mainly for the look...........
