muffler question

so i want to change the muffler on my 03 tl with something more interesting. the stock ones are totally silent. the canadian tire near my house has sales on flowmaster universal series for 120$ plus labour. reviews for these mufflers generally say that it makes a deep non-ricer sound. i just wanted to know for this car i can just replace the muffler without having to touch anything else right? no ecu mod or anything? so it will just be that 120 plus labour and nothing else? thanks.

3000k are yellowish good contrast to the stock looks good.
If you go with 6k sometimes having a whiter/bluer light on your fogs than your headlight makes it look off.

Just do a mid-muffler delete if you want it to sound better.
