You're probably in the same range as most people in colder climates. I've even seen some members here post horribly low fuel efficiency.... 14-15 mpg, so you're car is probably doing fine.

First of all, fill your tank and note the miles traveled (since last fill up) and divide it by the gallons used to fill tank. This will give you an accurate measure of your Miles per Gallon.

I get 24mpg avg, but that is a fair stent of the highway every day, but I drive somewhat "spirited."

If you want better MPG from driving habits, dont push the pedal down as far e.g. accellerate slower and try to allow your shifts to happen from 2500 to 3000 RPM. This will help your MPG.

Also, your normal walkaround checklist:
Proper Tire pressure,
Clean air filter
Fuel injection cleaning service complied with
New spark plugs

That's your basics on getting decent MPG

if you do mainly city driving..theres nothing you can do. i've been driving this car for over 2 years now, doing almost always 96% city, and the most i can ever get out of a tank is around 220.. it sucks but what can you do.. this car is meant for highway driving gas mileage wise.. its like night and day difference.

With mods noted below I get 15mpg to 20mpg in town. The 20mpg was when I drove it real easy to see what I could get. The 15mpg is typical because I'm always

On the highway I get up to 35mpg running 70-75mph . . . with A/C on.
