Anyone see motortrends special on the new Hyndaui XG. What a joke they try comparing it to a Maxmia and TL (I understand the maxima, but a TL come on). The hard part is the MSRP is $24K.

Is that the XG..on the rims..I think that is an ugly car..The Kia on the other hand..not sure what it is called but it is the commercial when they are all at a wedding and the guy asks about someone with a silver car with the lights on....That looks pretty nice for a KIA>>..

I think it's OK to make the comparison, but why don't they talk about quality? Yeah, it's got a great warranty, but what good is it if it's in the shop all the time?

Hyundai has one of the worst quality ratings of any manufacturer. It's one of the bottom three (Kia, Daewoo, and Hyundai).

The new Hyundai and TL are comparably equipped, and it's marketed at TL buyers, so the comparison is fair... but the complete picture is lacking.

Well, this is the same magazine that compared the TL-S to the A6 2.7t, the C320 and the 330i. Why should they start making rational comparisons now?
