Thanks for the latest update. I thought the headlight thing died down. Now I'm really thinking about getting a good alarm w/remote start since the weather is getting colder.

I think you guys should change the top bolt to headlights as well. I mean the guy just needs a 10mm socket and boom he is in. Go to Home Depot/Lowes with the bolt and get another type of bolt.

I am pretty sure the people who do this are not carrying around an entire tool set to get the lights.

Just a suggestion and good luck !! I will keep you posted if I hear anymore and where it happend.

If you can find security screws in that size, you might think about using them.... just a thought...

Was it the CompUSA on Route 46? Someone tried to jack my lights at the On the Border up the street from CompUSA a couple of months ago.

Didn't somebody elese have their headlights taken at that CompUSA? Maybe that would be a good place for an Acura TL meet/trap! If you guys could get an insurance company to provide a TL, you might come up with one hell of a meet!!!

I took my CL into Brooklyn on Friday night. I told my friend that people have been stealing our lights. She tells me o dont worry your cars safe around here. No joke, not even 5 mins after she said that a Ford Windstar & a civic hatchback pull around the corner with real HID's. I was like WTF....

For those of you trying to put special screws in your headlights... They dont hold up against a crow bar.

If they want it, they will take it.

Oh they'll come out without taking the bumper off, but only after causing about $3000 in damage to the hood, bumper cover and fenders.
