This has been a bad week and its only Wed. Monday the parking garage killed my bumpers Yesterday my dad was using my car and it got hit on the front drivers side by this kid making an illegal left turn. Most important my dad and my sister are perfectly fine. The cops already said it was the other guys fault. He decided to pay for it to get fixed instead going going through his insurance. The damage is on the drives side bumper, above the driver wheel (it rubs the tire when the car takes a dip or bump ) and some minor dents on the drives door and rear door. The car was perfect Monday morning and by tuesday night all of this crap! Should i get the dealer to fix this or what? And i dont know if I should fix or replace the parts? This is so much of a PIA. Should i post the painful pictures? Cuz they hurt!

P.S.- I'm not making it to the Park Ave meet. Too embarssing now. That sucks cuz that was suppose to be my first meet. Anyway im done.

 

Sorry to hear your pain. Looks like your suspension on the driver's side is mess out. Go to a good shop to get it fix since they other guy is paying. Ahh... come to the meet anyway, don't be embarassed. We are all family here and we help each other out as much as we can.

 

Thanks for the invite. I dont know i cant drive it until the it gets fixed the tire rubs to much. Which is better to take the car Dealer or a body shop!

We will find a way to get you out there. We have all had our bad times with this car or another so dont worry about it. BTW since the other guy is paying make sure you take the car to Acura or the best body shop and have them do the work. No sense in saving a buck since the other guy is paying, dont hold back.

 

tell me about it...i parked my car on the corner in front of my apt and while i was :smokin: out on the balcony, some fuking kid rides his damn bike into my car! he hit a fuking PARKED car!!!!

Could be worse! Try and old lady who ran a redlight on a scooter and hit the side of my car after I swerved and stopped in front of oncoming traffic and I had 2 witnesses on the street on the police report. Now she is suing me!
