Someone on the board did M3 mirrors. I personally think they are way too small for our car.

personally i wouldnt want to lose the folding mirror option, the fact they are also power and heated is a plus too , personally if anything id put those clear arrows on the glass that light up red like on an escalade instead

It says they are manual I'd personally want to retain all the functionality of my existing mirrors.

I've been thinking about having my existing mirrors modded to include the turning signal. Somebody has had that done by StreetEffectz. I will have to give him a call one of these days.

Then that is a pretty tantalizing mod!

Will they look stock at the point where they are mounted, or is there going to be gaps, etc...?

I would be interested if they look like they came with the car.

If you're gonna have to mod the base, you might as well buy a pair of stock mirrors from a junkyard and mod them to put the turn signals in. The TL's mirrors are pretty flat in front so it should be easy to match the contour with something aftermarket.

why dont you just try to install the TSX mirrors or modify them to your car. Those M3 joints would rice the look of the TL playa.....

i have this done, in my stock mirror housing. project costed an arm and a leg, i might be selling them to finance sometihng else. all functions still work, the mirror cap is just what is replaced. streeteffectz posted some pics of this a little while back. I will post em for sale in the next few days most likely.

If you want to accentuate your mirrors, why not chrome them, like the S4, 300C, etc...

my cousin has those m3 mirrors on his accord and personally i don't like them, it's horrible to look out of when u need to change lanes, it does look small, but at night when they light up they do look nice, but not worth how it looks during the daylight
