Smile the mod king strikes again

Thanks Mike!

BTW, does anyone know what to do with the little bottle of glue? Just put it on the plastic and then press down the rails right?

Make sure you clean the surface really good with alcohol (not beer ) or something so the glue sticks right.

Have fun, King!!

THAT would be a good thing to add to MY TL also. It really doesn't matter if it says "Inspire" cuz that's what it is in Japan.

They are thin stainless steel strips. They are silver with the Inspire piece having a high polish. The part that says "Inspire" is an insert type thing, you could probably take it off and, if you had an insert that said something different... but they cost $180 so you best believe I won't be doing that.

Question

How hard could it be to have some custom made I wonder?? I'm sure if Tim offered these and they said "ACURA" on them, the demand would be pretty high.

Tim?? Are you listening???

Nate, I did not use the glue at all.

BTW, are you thinking about getting the Inspire badging?

Hmm... wonder if I should use the glue or not. Still haven't put them on, been busy and when I get home its dark.

Probably won't get the Inspire badging... unless I get tired of not modding and I get in a spending money kind of mood.

I wonder what the back of the Inspire insert looks like?

Hmmm... maybe if you flipped it over it would be a nice shiny plate with nothing on it.

Question

What are the dimensions of the parts (LxWxH)?
Is the underside flat or ribbed?

Hmmmmm... Picture the gears spinning...

Thanks
