Which mod to get first?

Which mod to get first?
I have about 800 dollars to spend from my tax return. What should I spend it on. And in what order??
1) obx headers
2) AEM CAI (cant wait for v2 to come out for the TLS)
3) Comptech Sways
4) Pulleys
5) What else
I pretty much want the best bang for my buck. And i want the most dramatic difference that I can possibly get.
Thanks
By the way I have a 2003 NBP TL-S

Then your 2 items would be...
Neuspeed Sway bars (race set) = ~$400
OBX SS Headers = ~$300
Take it from some1 who's been there and done it. If all my mods were to be stripped from me exept for 2...these would definitely be the keepers.

Do I have "chassis rienforcements"?...NOPE.
Here is where I got that information:
ACP-Neuspeed sways

No offense...but I'm simply speaking from experience. And as for regurgitating the common blanket stement of "Comptech is certified for our cars blah blah" well, technically...all the parts were made for the Accord.

I know what it says...I've read it, done my reasearch, installed it & played with it uh...when..lets see...over a year ago?
But, obviously Tim P. thought it necessary to caution against the use of it. I decided against it for this reason. I went with Comptechs because of my research. IMO, the Comptech sways will be kinder to the chassis in the long run. On their forum, Mike B. states that it is possible to go too stiff on sways. They also have a great track record (i.e. history).

when I first put on my OBX's, I torked them properly (at this time I heard a small amount of resonance) then let them heat up and settle for a couple of weeks, then I started to hear a little more resonance. So I torked them again and now I can barely hear it ever since.
either that or I just got used to them...lol
