Wow didn't know how true this was!! GF thinks I chat with other girls in here, cuz i'm always on it. I go to sleep and check forum, wake up and check forum, do I have a problem??lol

As for Mods, so far:
$1200 for OEM front/Side, WW Rear body kit
$150.00 for Illuminated Sills, from GB.
$117.00 Ipod Adapter USASpec
$40.00 bucks on trunk liner(not really a mod )
$40.00 bucks on LEDS for Door Handle DIY
$60.00 on Materials for doing above Mod.
$60.00 on M5 Trunk Lip
$50.00 on Care Care products(Meguiars)
$10.00 on touch-paint stick

Not so bad. I have maybe 400 bucks of car care products in my garage. Wait till you get to performance mods. Thats where it gets pricey. Have (more) fun modding!

A lot of us are already in the more than a few thousand dollar range and up. It's addicting. If you don't like something you take it off and put something else on. Like car shoes...how many sets do you think most people have with their car?

This is very true, I have taken my car apart more times in the last few weeks than I like to think about. I keep thinking of new stuff to do, and seeing new things here. I love my car so it's hard not to try and make it look that much nicer. I just finished adding some blue ambient lighting to the sunglass holder/map light like in the 3rd gen tls, it illuminates the cup holder and gear shift perfectly, no need to turn on the map lights unless I need to read something. Pretty easy mod, just tapped the mirror wires, I kinda combined the DIY for wiring a radar to the mirror and putting the GPS in the sunglass holder. Holder still works properly too.

Keep up the work on your car, you will appreciate it later. I know I have, I've received many compliments and requests for help since doing mine so far, it's been well worth it.

I was like you when I first joined this forum. I have spent so much money on this car. I really need to slow up otherwise my bills will kill me!!!
Here's my list:
$1g for a mugen spoiler
$1g for the oem kit
$30 Materials for blackouts,
$780 springs and coilovers
$800 tints, swaybars, strut bars, and an intake
$120 for miscellaneous things, leds, air fresheners, and wipers.
$1200 for new wheels and tires.
THAT'S OVER 6 GRAND INVESTED IN THE CAR!!!
And I'm not even halfway done with this car...

I need to invest in school. This modding is killing my pockets.

While you are doing the drop change the the struts unless you go with a coil over setup. Just trying to save you some headache. Plus a camber kit will be good too to save your tires.

I'm pretty sure he was kidding and doesn't want to sell this unless someone does offer a grand or close to it.

Wow 1G for spoiler, thats a lot. Kinda too pricey for me. I guess us fellow TL lovers can appreicate that, but your average joe will just look at and say, "that looks nice."

more money to the mod list:
$28.00 for Tail light Tint (35%)

I have honestly thought about selling my spoiler to get other mods but I really like having such a rare item installed on my car.

Yea 1g for that damn thing. But I don't regret it one bit. If there was a Mugen exhaust on the market I'd pay about the same price for it.
