Post MIRC Actuator Problems?

I've heard from 2001 CL-S owners that many of their cars had faulty MIRC actuators meaning it was running at the equivlent of a CL-P. Have any of you (TLS owners) had this problem?

this works on a cls so it should work on a tls. you need two people.
put the car in park and open the hood.
have one person rev the car past 4000
have the other watch to see if the actuator moves (it should be at the back near the firewall) goto acura-cl.com for the post and pictures
