Metal scratching from front left wheel!!
its important to clean and regrease with brake caliper grease- the metal parts on the caliper bracket- where the end tabs on the pads fit into
thats where the actual in and out motion occurs- along that rail
must be able to do its job easily

just a thought -if no retainer screws are used-the rotor can be pushed by the caliper when pad is crooked from situation described below
if you have new rear pads with the extra raised tab on the inner pad- in the center of top edge
plus the 2 end ones (1 end holds the noise maker/ low pad warning tab-- the other is unused)
If you have those pads- sold for TL but fit RL not TL!! :
you can see it by looking at inner side of rotor- if half its width is rusty and crusty and the other half is shiny like a pad is touching it- guess what !!
remove inner pad and grind off the middle tab
regrease and install
May have wear across pad from non contact but it will even out with some hardcore bedding-
clean the rotor crud with sandpaper and watch for pad full contact wear with miles

bumping this up because after watching the vid, i had hoped on seeing an answer since my car is doing the same shit.. passenger side front making the noise.. its not as loud on acceleration and turning right.. when at cruising speed and slowing down (with and without brakes) its constant and louder when turning left.. does not make the noise at all when the car is on a lift..
- rotora slotted rotors/pads.. pads nowhere NEAR being worn out and rotors have normal wear/no grooves..
- actually swapped the suspension left to right to see if it was a factor..
- roughed up pads/rotors and used antisqueal on the pads..
- greased up damn near everything possible on the brakes..
- fluid is kinda dark, but doesnt seem bad enough to be an issue..
- pads dont seem to be touching the rotor.. dust shields are clear..
all this was done and didnt change the sound a bit.. if anything, its now louder..

I currently have a similar noise in my 02 tl-s, except it's coming from the passenger side. I jacked up the front end and put it in drive (after putting it on jack stands and blocks on the rear wheels) and crawled underneath to look. Couldn't get the noise to reproduce at first so my buddy went and stopped the driver side wheel and then the noise came again somehow. We were then able to pinpoint the noise to the half shaft bearing #22 on this page:
