I was personally the first guy to try it for a tl-s cuz I am megan authorized distributor. Ive had it for a few months already and no problem except for a slight increase in sound and a slightly different air flow sound.
The good:
Great performance gain
Perfect fit
Looks really nice(stainless steel)
Save a grip of money
The bad:
No dyno yet(im working on it, it will be posted on the megan website when i find time to do it).
Gaskets can be better
Overall: I would say ALL the headers have similar performance gain. If you are worred about the long term effects, i suggest you wait. As far as people dissing megan for being cheap sh*t, I appreciate you guys being concerned with other members. Keep in mind the material the header uses(304 steel and should checking out the welding). If you guys want to pay a lot for basically the same product, then going ahead and buy the piece of mind. But NEVER diss on products you never personally tried, seen in person or had experience with.
For me personally i would say i was skeptical at first also, but i realized if so many evo owners are purchasing megan products(downpipe, SPRINGS(same material as skunk 2), catbacks etc) then why should i be. After installing the product i realized i made the right decision.

Well I was the first one to try it on a TL-P so far no probs. The gains on a TL-P is not that noticeable even after the ECU reset. Maybe its the fact mine is a 4spd.. but not sure.
It fits perfect, the finish is turning to a brown color which is normal for stainless.

I just had mine installed last weekend (12/18/04) for $116; 2 hours labor. I have a 2000 TL-P. So far everything is fine. They fit great. The car sounds a little meaner now. There is deep, slightly audible growl now. I think it sounds great.
I still don't have a verdict from the butt dyno yet. My ECU was reset from when they disconnected the battery during the install. All weekend the car felt like it did right after I installed my CAI. The ECU definitely needed to relearn my setup.
However, this morning I got in the car to come to work and it felt real strong. I'm going to take it for a hard run at lunch today and will report back.

I actually just installed mine this afternoon. The fit and welds are perfect. The installation took me about 2.5 hours and i needed a welder for the rusted bolts between the cat and the headers. Very little difference in power so far, but we'll see once the ECU resets. Very happy with the finish and quality.
