Maybe a stupid question...
My mom drives 2000 Lexus ES 300 and to tell the truth I really like how smooth and soft ( like on the leather couch) the ride is, compare to my stiff Tl-S
Do you know what can I do with my car to make it ride softer so I won’t feel every bump so hard...

Stupid question indeed. In fact, I think you take the stupid question of the month award. Normally we wait 'til the end of the month, but considering you've outstupided every winner of the past, I think you deserve it.
Trade your Type-S in for a Camry. I think you'll be happy with the numb, buttery ride.

I bought a 2003 TL. It ride is OK, but not cushy. My wifes Avalon is much smoother. I also test drove a new 2004 330 ES, and it rode much better than even the Avalon...however, I just couldn't part with the extra 8K for a car equiped with less stuff.
If the smooth ride of a Lexus is what you want, then you need to buy a Lexus. With the Lexus, that's the number one quality. You just need to set your priorities and decide how much your willing to spend for this luxury.
That being said, tires can make a significant ride difference. The michilens that come with the Acuras are stiffer and noisier than other tires. The Dunlops are significantly quieter and smoother.

Its not a stupid question because I was wondering the same thing. I want to keep the stiff reflexes yet make it so the car doesn't rattle and shake over road inconsistancies.
So tires are the first place to start eh? Whats after that, shocks or struts?

That being said, I think the TL-S' suspension in stock form is nearly a perfect compromise. But that's just me.

Doesn't exist. You can't have quick reflexes/sharp handling with smooth ride. You have to compromise and meet somewhere in-between.
