Material on window border wrinkling?

Material on window border wrinkling?
Has anyone had problem w/ this on their windows? I had my dealer check it out and he stated that it happens w/ most 02-03 TLs and that it could be covered under warranty w/ their body shop. Just thought you guys should know.
