In one week you will this site will have a new layout with new forum software.
I am making an extensive FAQ page. So I am doing away with the FAQ forums.
The question I have for all of you, is do you want one to keep the following forums ?
Technical Problems and Solutions
Audio & Electronics
Tires & Wheels
Vote to Keep or Delete
Delete would mean all those posts would go into TL Discussion

Get rid of Technical Problems and Solutions. They all end up in the TL forum anyway.
I like the other forums. Good break up of topics. Only problem is getting people to post there, instead of the TL Forum.

People will post there if the moderators will moved all the tecnical problems and solutions to that topic. People get used to placing their problems on TL forum because they get quick responses.

Those are the forums that I never (or rarely) go to. And when performing the "search" feature... it takes way too long to search for items simply becuase there are so many different forums.

Once you have an extensive FAQ page, the tech probs should pretty much be covered by that , so delete tech issues. (New issues can be covered on the main board anyways...like it does now)
Keep the Tires and wheels section because peopl who are truly interested in that topic will check it out. Mods should continue moving topics related to that after a few days to that board.
Audio etc? I dont read it much, but I think it has served many people well. Can we archive and just add to it when truly improtant topics come up on the main board?

Someone talley up the vote as it goes along
BlackTL2K - I am deleting both of them as the FAQ page I have put together will answer all those. Plus have all the install instructions on there as well
Everything will be on that one page, so mods can easliy direct members to that page if question is repeated
When a new FAQ comes up that is not on there, a member can submit it to me and I will add it to that page

I think the only one that should have it's own forum is the Audio & Electronics forum. The other 2 can be blended into TL Discussion. Tires and Wheels really doesn't need its own forum and Technical Problems and Solutions already is in TL Discussion....

KEEP Tires and Audio - I look at those all the time and the TL Discussion fills up too fast.

I kinda agree w/ yu888, we should let certain wheel topics stay on the main page for a coupla days before it gets moved, otherwise the topics would get a lot less response than it should cuz alot of peeps just don't go there.
