Maintenance at 140k TL-S

So my car is at 140.000 miles now. I checked the manual to see what maintenance is required. It doesn't go that far. What is required at this mileage other than the normal oil change/filter.

probably just fluids/tire rotation, if your car hasn't had the timing belt done yet I'd recommend that soon

everything in the 105kmiles service, and if it says `as needed`- like the valve adjustment - its needed
Look at 60k service too, brake fluid, ps fluid flush etc
