Angry Maint Reqd light flashes...

Now I certainly understand that it means I mean to perform maintenance, but I just wondering if there is anything to be concerned about since I have this wealth of info at my disposal?

You need an oil change, if you gotten an oil change, the maint guy probably didn't reset it. Refer to manual for how to reset it.

I dont know if this happed to anyone else. But when my battery was ready to die...the maintainance required light flashed a couple of times during driving. Might be worth checking corrosion on the leads to the battery (just plain sanity check).

If the "m-reqd' light flashed during start up it is most-likely what the manual says.

I have posted the 2001 TL manual in PDF form. Most of the stuff are the same between 99-01 TLs with a few exception so you can use it. It's still a good idea to get a hardcopy of the manual, you can order it from the dealer. Here is the link to download the PDF file.
