M.D. had emailed me.
Your replacment mirror is being shipped today. The tracking information will be emailed to you directly from FedEx. It should arrive in 3-5 business days. After you replace your malfunctioning mirror please send it to me by using the replacement mirror's packaging and enclosed return label included with the replacement mirror and drop at any Kinkos or FedEx Ground shipping location.

i apologize for double posting and beating the dead horse silly, but could someone post the directions for removing the mirror? just wiggle it from side to side and pull forward gently? i tried looking at the huge thread about this. but AZ is taking almost 5 mins to load a page and that thread is enormous.

I Think we should all pitch in and send her something in the Mail or start a thread on how nice the lady is and email her the link to the thread. She Really is a kind lady she got on my mirror replacement super quick. No problems. Had that shit within a week it was Lovely as is she

yeah for real. i emailed a letter at 2 oclock and at 4 i got a form that was filled out already with specs of my mirror, all i needed was my address and phone number. someone needs to let her know how much ass she kicks
