If i drop my TL, would that void the insurance?

Or if I put a body kit on?

The only thing that might void is the warranty on the shocks and/or possibly some related suspension parts, depending how anal your dealer is.

 

Acura can only void out your warranty if an aftermarket part causes a stock/warranty part to fail (which means they won't replace the stock part for free). So, I doubt Acura will give you any problems so long as you use drop your car with the correct components and readjust everything accordingly.
