My car had about 700 miles on it and i am wondering if it was a bad idea to replace the springs so soon?? I want the car dropped so bad but dont want to mess with my suspension so soon. Any info would be appreciated...

Well, you should never have to "replace" factory springs, so I'm confused about your question.

If you have any worries about modifications, I would tell you not to do it only for your peace of mind.

Nope, it'll be fine. If you're that worried, then go with a full coil-over suspension setup. Otherwise just ride on stock shocks with lowering springs.
