Loud knocking/screeching noise on the passanger side of the engine

Hey guys,
I have a 2000 tl and a couple weeks ago my car started to make this loud knocking/screeching noise on the passenger side of the engine. When I checked under the hood I noticed shredded rubber around the engine, I checked the belts to see if one of them snapped off but they were all still intact. Can't figure out what the problem is, and I don't really have the money to take it to a mechanic. Would any of you have an idea what it could be and if so would it cost a lot to repair or is it something I could do myself? Also! I have a video encase you guys want to hear/see the noise I'm talking about. Thanks!

power steering belt or serpentine belt or one of the pulleys is seizing up, or tensioner.

Hopefully it's that and not the timing belt.
