Looking to quiet down my Comptech Axlebacks
Hey all,
Am going to take the advice of some board members and look into quieting my CT exhaust down with a resonator of sorts.
I'm looking to:
1) replace the stock resonator with something that will mute aggressively (but hopefully retain a nice tone in the end)
or
2) just slap an xtra resonator (not as aggressive at muting as #1) somewhere on the b-pipe (of course will have a shop do it).
my main assumption is to just go with magnaflow; does anyone have any information or leads to what product i could look at (or where i coulf pick it up cheapest?)
thanks in advance.

I guess so far, this is what i'm looking @.
i'm just wondering whether I should replace the stock resonator with the 22" or just slap a 14" resonator somewhere into the b-pipe...

quiet down comptechs? aren't they already close to stock? any universal resonator would work...or go with the quiet tip inserts so you have the ability to remove them if you ever feel like going louder.

the comptechs are definitely a bit louder than stock; i actually went from an apex'i WS system and the comptechs are much more droney.
i thought about using the silencers, but have been told they quiet down the exahust nearly 100%; i was hoping to muffle the drone a little, but not take it down all the way.
also, with the tip inserts, wouldn't i have to drill into my exhaust? (something i'm not too stoked about doing).
if anyone at all has a video with comptech quiet inserts i'd be real interested.
