Well i wouldnt get too antsy in the pantsies for it right away. Especially if you havent seen it yet. Its a good deal, and you still have about 15k of trans warranty left so you might be able to squeak in a replacement by then. BUT you should always check the car out or have a mechanic look at it 1st. Carfax it, and if everything checks out then you have a really good deal on your hands.

ask them for a history, and recalls or warranties open on it
They know more than carfax or the acura website does about each car

 

If the car is in good shape with good maintence history, it's a steal. WDP, lip kit, and Navi is a rare combo. Price is cheap.
