Look What I found!?

I've had my car only about a month now, and I just found in the trunk, in the compartment where the Jack is stored this package, of Acura Wheel Locks. Brand New and not opened, with the special key to unscrew the lug nuts and everything. Now my question is, is that suppose to come w/ the car or did my dealer mess up or was just being nice and gave it to me? I thought the wheel locks were an option that I had to pay extra for. In any case, I can't complain!!

I also found the wheel locks when I bought my 2002 TLS. They were screwed to the wheels.

Which Dealerships?... that is what really counts... some cool people will pass on little freebies like that so that you remember them when the next purchase comes across your mind...

Not a bad tactic..

They installed it for me, I believe free of charge since the price of the car didn't change.

Mine came with the car, too. They put the original lug nuts inside the package and left it in the trunk.

Yeah, I got mine for free. The salesperson was like "Look inside the trunk for a surprise." He got me all excited thinking it was going to be something cool, but as I soon found out...wheel locks. lol* some surprise but I guess its better than a note in my trunk saying "Congratulations on your new purchase of a Type-S!"

Got my wheel locks when I took delivery of the car, for free. They also threw in the trunk liner, which I make extensive use of. Given that I had to pay MSRP, they HAD to throw something in.... I had to pay for the mudguards though. ???

My locking wheel lugs came with the car and installed...

It was really cool, because when we had decided on a price I then asked if they were included. They said, "no." I said, "ok, no big deal, I don't need them."
They then put them on anyway, free of charge, and I paid way under MSRP.

Your correction is still incorrect. The proper terminology is glove compartment.

I had to pay $110 for my wheel locks, trunk mat and cargo net. "Mandatory" option. Of course, I wanted them anyway so I didn't complain.

Mine came with the package of trunk stuff.

Did get some free one other time from the dealer.

Came out one morning and found my previous 'teg GSR on the ground. No wheels.

Insurance said get them replaced at the dealer. I asked the dealer for a set of locks and it got totalled into bill - insurance covered 100% for vandelism .., I mean
