Question Long Drive w/ Five?

Anyone gone on a roadtrip w/ 5 people in the TL-S? If so, was it okay, in regards to comfort and luggage room? We are planning on going to San Antonio (3 to 3.5 hr. drive) and are taking a 2 friends and possibly my mother in law. I'm wondering if that's gonna be a miserable trip w/ 3 in the back.

anyone?

It shouldn't be bad. I drove 3 people in back and one in front a couple of monthes ago from a bachelor's party and no one complained.

Hoping you are right, Phantom......cuz a mother-in-law that is uncomfortable is no fun for ANYONE

On the other hand, if she wants to complain, I guess she can always faller us in her car.

Robbdogg, I know you aren't married! Key is keep mom-in-law happy, wife is happy. You'll learn once you get hitched in the future.

You may want to consider putting the in law in the front seat. I know, sounds like a drag but at least this way she will have all the room she needs.

3 in the back shouldn't be too bad. Epecially for the 2 that aren't sittin *****. They'll probably sleep the whole way through with their heads restin on the pillow soft head rests. ( I really think that the back headrest on the tls is the softest/most comfortable I've ever laid my head on.)

Phantom..you are a genius! I'll drive, put mom-in-law in the front seat and stick the wife in the back...with the friends!

I haven't ridden in the back yet but have heard the headrests are comfy...I guess the 3 of them will have to fight as to who has to sit in the middle!
