location of factory bose amp

i have a 03 tl. im trying to find the factory bose amp, anyone knows where its at?

He's right. And also, our seats doesn't fold down so you have to take it out.

The amp behind the seat is ONLY for the sub. The other one for the door speakers is built into the headunit
