Hey guys! I just got an 03 TL in WDP. I LOVE this car. From the heated seats to the sound of Vtec. My car is all stock with out the OEM lip kit. I want it but I need some new rims first (like i said i just got it). But, my interior lights are out. The map reading lights, the door lights, the light on the roof next to the sunroof and no light in my trunk. I checked the fuses and they are all fine. What can it be? I have 51k on my car so it wont be covered under warranty, right? Oh and do you think I have a chance beating my friends 03 Sentra SER spec-V with i/h/e? Put all my ? in one thread, dont want to start a new thread for every ?. Thanks guys.

 

Bulbs maybe? WDP is a nice color for sure have fun with the car.

 

You may want to call the dealer. You may be close enough for them to good will it

 

So as not to overlook the obvious, are you wearing sunglasses, by any chance?

 

don't forget the switch overhead that turns the interior dome lights off.....

 

yeah i'll check the bulbs if they're ok then i'll go to the dealer, see what they can do. wow this forum has so much information, its just overwhelming. I'll post a picture of my car and bio in that one thread. (BrotherDavid) no, no sunglasses. lol. alright thank you for your advice.

 

as for the spec v, is your wdp a type S (not sure if wdp only came in type s)? the spec v will give u a run for your money. if your not a type s theres a very good chance he'll beat u. those things with all the bolt ons arent tht slow as people think. a friend of mine has one and he came close to beating me when i was stock.

 

No my TL is not a Type S. I've driven his ser many times and yes its fast but I think even if i lose it wont be by much. The best 0-60 we got on his car was 7 seconds flat. I tried in mine and i got 7.7 with TSC on and I only went up to 6k rpm. I heard that if I hold my brake pedal and give my car some gas (about 1.5k rpm) then i'll have a better launch, right? Anything else that will give me an advantage? Oh, my friend is having some major issues with his ser. It will only let him go up to 1.5k rpm in every gear. So we gotta wait till he fixes it to see the outcome. Right now his top speed is 40 mph. lol

 

Hrm... my buddy had a Spec-V with i/h/e and it didn't seem nearly as fast as my TL-S.
