Issue: Most of my lights are not working inside and outside and indicators.
The only ones that work are passenger side Hid and break lights.
I had a flat on passenger side and put on my spare, my spare went flat had to drive it off the highway to avoid tow. But now my lights won't come on... On my passenger side the wheel guard came off and you can see wires that look cut also a hanging clip where the wires look like it should be...but not sure if that's the cause.
Any ideas what I should do or the issue?

First thing is try to find where that wire clip goes and plug it back in. If the wires are cut try to splice them together and put some electrical tape over the fix until you can replace it.

 

I would check fuse box in the upper left corner of the engine compartment, you probably blew one or more fuses when the wire was frayed.

 

Hey 9932tl, as suggested previously....if there's any apparent wiring damage, it will need to be repaired.
Also check all the associated fuses as there's a good chance that they blew at the time.
