Lighting mods??
Did anyone here did any changes to their car lighting, such as corner lights, or fogs?? I was thinking of switching out the corner bulbs to hyperwhites and the fogs as well. What do yout think??

I am planning to swap out the high-beam and foglights to SuperWhites, as well as the backup lights. However, I gonna leave the orange sidemarker/turn signal bulbs as they looks better than SuperWhite(Actually, I really don't like white/superwhite turn signal bulbs, especially when someone is facing you at night, have their turn signals on)....
Also, going to swap out the rear turn signal bulbs out and put RED bulbs in, to give it a monotone look when I have the turn signals on...What do you guys think???

What kind of bulbs did you buy to make the your fogs yellow?? And when you say yellow, do they look like the yellow on the IS300???

probably won't look the same as IS. the lense on the fog light is clear and i believe the ones on the IS are yellow and the housings are probably different. they'll only have a tint of yellow probably.
what kind of bulbs do the 2002 have? h3?

I haven't got em yet. Too lazy. But our fogs are 9006 (hb4). The same as non hid headlights.

I tried changing my signal bulbs in the front and from reading the instructions in the manual, you have to remove 3 screws on the wheel well. After that, I pretty much gave up because it seems that you need to pull the whole plastic off into order to get to the bulbs, but that will f*cked you wheel well. Any ideas on this one??

you don't have to do this, but i took off my bumper. it made it easier for me to work with. i didn't have to worry about the bulb touching anything. some guys just pulled back the plastic part which is fine i guess.
if you don't know how to take the bumper off, search through the FAQ section on that subject or intake installation.

Honestly I would change the fog lights to superwhites either PIAA or KOITO since they are the leading companies in japan making light bulbs..
Personally I use Koito lights in my other JDM cars and I like the light and quality.
Goodluck with the upgrades!
