light bulb

Hello,
I just bought a 2000 TL, There are 2 light bulbs in the break lamp, behind the window.
One of them was working and the other one not.
I took it to the dealer, and they said since I have spoiler and there's a light on the spoiler, one of the two bulbs in the back won't work !!!!!
Does it make sense to any one?
Is this because of lack of wires or what?

You're telling me your stock brake light which is located the same place as the rear sub still light up when your spoiler LED brake lights up too???? Whats the point of having both of them light up??? If you have the spoiler, thats the main brake light. Not both........thats so rice.

yes one of the two bulbs come on, not the other one.
I know that spoiler is enough, just curious to see if that's a fact that I can't have them both.

This is what it shoud look like when you have the spoiler with the LED.

You can have the stock brake lights and the LED spoiler brake light both light up. Tons of my friends with their Civics did that.....they just ran a wire split. If you had the spoiler installed prof., they ask which brake light you want lite up. So, does the brake lite look uneven since you only got one bulb in there?
