License plate shift
im removed my license plate and the brackey. it looks so much nicer.

here's mine
i used am OEM Delsol Y bracket*integra brackets will work too as long as it's Y formed*, drilled a hole in the middle of the Y and screw it underneith the bumper.....further more i drilled holes on my license plate so it shifts over more

hope that helps..Velcro doesn't seem stable enough.

Shifting it to a side may not be symetrical but it sure looks better than having that big black plastic piece covering part of the bumper.

I guess the conclusion is everyone has their own opinions/taste.
Some like it in the middle, side, completely off or stock. If it floats your boat then all the power to you

i love pulling in stores and seeing my cars reflection in the glass. AHAHAHHA
..Mine is off and laying under my front floor mat just incase.
But seeing that you still have your bracket why not take it off and install it upside down. This will put the plate closer to the ground and its looks clean. Wish I had know about this before I threw my bracket out!!!

if u read around.. some guys have bought some bars from home depot, and bent them to fit flush on the bottom of the bumper.. and bolted them on in the center of the bumper, lower down then the OEM spot. looks much cleaner imo.
