Ok, i want to move my front plate lower, but there are plugs on the bumper. Anyone know how to cover or fill them in?

Go to the dealer and ask for the plugs they used on the Integras to hide the license plate holes. They only come in a few colors so be prepared to paint if your TL is a different color.

You're lucky you live in a state where you can take off the front plate. Here in Ohio, a front plate is required to make revenuing easier for the police.
