Post Lemon Law?

I was just checking out the lemon laws in California..and it said this

"2 repair attempts for a defect that may cause death or serious injury or 4 repair attempts or 30 calendar days out of service"

Let's say My tranny breaks twice. But i know ours dont' get fixed..it gets replaced. But is it possible to call out the lemon law? or not? I'm confused about this, cause I know they don't fix the tranny's because Acura said so. So is it even possible to call Lemon? Also would the tranny breaking cause injury? I wouldn't know since I never experienced a tranny failure. Thanks in Advanced.

I think if the tranny failure cause the accident. And the 30 days there is a loophole to that too. There was something on the top of the letter that goes with this. I had my car in the shop for 30 days but no lemon law for that. CA is real nice to the car dealers on the law. Whereas the other stats they are more strict to the manufact.

A tranny failure could very well cause injury due to the fact that the failure lead to an accident where one or more people are hurt.
