has anyone changed their rear brake lights to L.E.D. light bulbs
if so how well do they work and
where can i find them off the net, even better where can i find them in vancouver

 

i've seen people do it before...but they were never happy with the results....the LED bulbs don't disperse light that well, so you will have "hot spots" in your tails that are brighter than the rest.

 

Yup, what accordv6 said. If you want nice LED lights, you need to have the whole backing of the light housing full of LEDs to get the same effect as you see on MB or BMW. Not entirely impossible to do, but tedious and expensive. Some LEDs could cost as much as 10$ a pop, times the qty you need to fill the whole brake light assembly backing
