led brake lights

so i switch out my oem brake lights for led lights.and now my brake lamp is on . is there any relay or fuse i can switch to turn it off ?

Did you change out all the brake lights? Brake lamp should only come on when there are bulbs burnt out. Double check your brakes with another person.

You may need a load resistor or different LEDs.

What he said. I'd say most likely you'll need load resistors. If you really wanted to, you could grab a wiring diagram and figure out if there's a relay for your break lights and grab a relay made for LED's or modify that one so it won't react like that to your LED's.

i was trying to stay away from the hole resistors . but i understand i dont know i think one of the high mount lights is off . yes i got a pic of the tail light but my tail lights are tinted it still looks good to me tho kmarqueling

Maybe a dumb question, but... why would you need resistors?
Its not like they have a frequency to up keep like turn signals.

Because they dont have the same draw as the filament bulb which causes the car to think the bulb is burned out.

Ahhhh well Im dumb I should have known that, its what causes hyperflash in the first place.

The much simpler fix is to remove the warning light bulb out of the instrument cluster.
