My 2003TL seat heaters are not working. While repairing that I can replace seat leather as well if available as a set.

Is leather replacement available or do I have replace the seat itselt?

Please advise.

I dont think there are replacement leather ones. You're prob gonna have to use the same leather or go to an upholstery shop and see what they have to offer.

My dealer told they could get me the leather for my car for something like $2000-$2400. For just the two front seats

the normal seat heater fix is in the diy--its a $3 repair to a broken wire

the pass seat only gets butt heat due to airbag/passenger sensors etc
driver gets lower and lumbar heat

typical failure is a broken wire right about where a wallet would put extra pressure on the wire,,the whole thing looks like an electric blanket for a bed
Fix is solder/splice in a new section of wire to replace burnt one

Other cause is operation on High all the time --instead of warm up on High, then go to low and let thermostat do the work,,not the temp overlimit switch!

an auto upholstry shop can repair your seat cover with new panels,
or make an entire new custom cover, shaped with different thickness foams for your body comfort

the back part costs more due to the airbag piece (380 tan, 480 for the black), but the butt cushions can be had from the dealer for 300 or so
