Do you guys know which is the least popular color on the TL-S line up?. and which on is the most popular and which one is the most recommendable?

I believe the least popular color would be Noble Green Metallic. As the most popular, I would think Silver, since lately that's been the most popular color of choice amoung other cars. If you want the least amount of maintenance, then go for light colors like White or Silver, but if you want superb shine in exchange of some weekend time, then opt for darker colors like Blue or Black.

 

Black and silver are probably neck and neck for most popular. Dark emerald pearl apparently was not popular enough to keep around even one model year, as it has been replaced with the Noble Green Metallic mid-year. Personally, I like dark green cars but I thought it was too close to black. Dealer had DEP and NBP side by side on the lot and I thought they were the same color until I looked from another angle. Definitely DEP.

As for most recommended, I think most folks are going to vote for their own color.

I had made up my mind on Silver before going to the dealership. I was going to leave the dealership with a new car. However, I didn't realize the interior only came in black. I did not want black. So I chose White with the tan (parchment) interior and had to wait a few weeks. Therefore, think about what color you want your interior as well as the exterior in your choice.

 

Popular or Common??

The color TL I have seen the least for the TL-S has been the EDP..

Black and Silver are both great..

Right on, but I assumed it was going to be light grey. Before going to the dealership, I had never looked inside a TL. I had no idea what the color schemes were.

 

How would silver with white leather interior look? I've seen Bimmers with white interior and they looked nice. Maybe a light grey dash/carpet, with white seats/sreering wheel?

 

I went to the dealer convinced I wanted WDP, noticed the ABP...then I saw the DEP. It was love at first sight and I like the fact it's close to black. Nice contrast with the lights and chrome. I get tons of compliments on it and have yet to see another on the road. White and Silver seem to be the most popular around here.

 

Ditto on what the last guy said. A friend saw my DEP for the first time today and at first thought it was black...then was wowed when she got closer and saw the deep, luxurious green...I get a lot of compliments on the color of this car. I too was going to go for silver or white but I'm glad I didn't. Seems like every one I see in my neck of the woods is one of those two colors. I like both the silver and white but not as much as the green.

I wear plaid underwear, but had to settle for a silver TL-S.

 

skid marks will be obvious though...
