I've been noticing a kinda like exhaust leak sound coming from my muffler recently. I brought it to and exhaust shop they told be the flex pipe is starting to go. They want 165$ to custom fabricate and install a new one.

The sound is pretty unbearable to me I'd like to get that fixed are there any other options for a cheaper fix??

 

buy some headers and call it a day. you are not going to get much cheaper than that as acura wants close to $300 bux for a new one (A pipe) and that is a set of headers.
