Guys,
Finally I tried the Langka last weekend and the result.... NO GOOD.
I'd been read many posts about Langka, so I followed all instruction carefully. (Wash car clean, applied Acura touch-up paint and wait 28 hours before apply Langka.) It still remove all touch-up paint not just the blob. I tried twice over the weekend with the same results.
My stone chips on the hood is small and not deep at all. Is that why Langka won't work? Does anyone has success story to cheer me up or any tips to share?
Thanks so much!!!!

The reason why the chip isn't deep is because the paint is way too thin. G@# Da%&, I've got two F%^$&* chips one from my babies plastic play table. My wife left it in the garage while unloading a bunch of his toying and I backed into it. It was plastic.......yes you heard me right a little plastic table rubbed the back of my car close to the exhaust pipe and it chipped it. POS! I've obtained more chips on this car in a month and a half than I have on the entire ownership of any of my other cars.
I'm sorry but I think your just screwd buddy. Quit wasting your time. Don't even complain to the dealer. Will it help you....No. Maybe the person who purchases a 2003.
Sorry....just venting.

Sorry to heard that you got chipped by a plastic table.
Well.. for those who don't know what is "Langka". It's a product suppose remove all "blobs" which caused by touch-up paint. You may visit its web site at http://www.langka.com for detail.

12 years in the car wash business...
...and I have seen few luxury cars with paint finish as poor as ours. Don't get me wrong, I love the car, its just that I also have two paint chips in no time at all.

If all TL owners unite or we put up a web site disclosing the problems with the paint job.......will Acura take notice and do something about it?
I personally don't have any problems with my paint yet (it's a month old this week), but am getting nervous about the feedback so far.
Is it worth a try for all of us to unite and complain to Acura?

Langka--What a scam
I just visited the website and this Langka thing is a scam!
First of all their website is so unprofessional and disorganized I'm even afraid to type in my CC# in their forms. Reading the way this thing works doesn't make sense. With all this rubbing the paint blob harms the paint even more than help it.
This product reminds me of that stuff that can supposedly fix torn leather. When you apply this goop on the leather and let it dry it's supposed to fix it. NOT!
Sorry for your experience with Langka, kchao2000.

You may want to look into an Xpel clear bra (www.xpel.com) to protect your paint job. They pretty much cover the areas which are chipped the most.
