koni shock blew up

Hi everybody, I am a new member. I need help. My front left koni shock broke. I had Koni yellows. How do you warrantee it? I heard it takes 3-4 weeks to fix. So, I want to try other shocks since I need to take it out anyways.. What do you recomend to go with Eibaigh Pro-kit springs??? Here is pic of my car.

Were you driving or what when it blew up? Do you have lowering springs? What perch are you using? What were your damper settings?

Cool

I have Koni Yelllows and my understanding is that they have lifetime warranty. So all you have to do is replace the one that is damaged.

Konis are probably the best schocks. I am very pleased with mine.

Good luck.

I am not sure how and when exactly it broke. The adjustment on the top of the shock keeps turning both directions non stop. I have Eibach spring and was thinking to swithch to any other shocks since I will be sending mine for warranty which would 3-4 weeks. Any recomendation for springs, Tokiko????

Also I did not really like adjustable shocks since I could never adjust them - it was either too soft or stiff. So, I want to try non adjustable.

I heard the Tokiko's blow out even sooner or more often. I think the best shocks are made by blisten, but they are not available for our cars as of yet...

How is the quality of ride with Tokico? Is it soft or stiff?
Are they under warrantee as well?

From what I've read, I heard it's actually softer than the Koni's. About warranty, check their website or email acp.com and ask....
